Lisa Martin has made it her mission to help companies keep and cultivate leaders. Her powerful, easy‐to‐use “Lead + Live BetterTM turnkey leadership licensing solutions” empower organizations to cultivate amazing leaders at every level. Lisa coached thousands of people on the art of thriving as a leader and in life and counseled companies on creating leadership capacity.
Frank Spillers is a web and software usability expert and has been recognized by the U.S. Dept. of Labor as a subject matter expert. Frank holds a Master’s of Science in Cognitive Science from Birmingham University (UK) and has 16 years of practical experience with usability and user centered design techniques. He is Chief Experience Officer with Experience Dynamics, a user centered design and usability consultancy based in Portland, Oregon USA. Frank has worked internationally with clients including Hewlett-Packard, Key Bank, Daimler-Chrysler, Intel, BankOne, IBM, Four Seasons, Logitech, Microsoft, Nike, The Vanguard Group, Verizon, Four Seasons Hotels and others. Frank’s professional consulting services include software, website, mobile and product usability and design.
Hazel Stevenson, brings a unique combination of skills to her role as a strategic HR business partner. Her years of experience first as a paralegal and then in a support capacity for C-suite executives lends a business-first perspective to human resources. Always seeking to understand what makes each company unique, she offers a thoughtful and practical approach to aligning people with business strategies and operational goals. A true HR generalist, Hazel thrives on working with growing companies in the development and administration of core HR programs such as talent acquisition and retention, training, team development and leadership coaching.
Kelly Halseth, Alberta Health Services, has been working in healthcare for 14 years, all of that time in process improvement and forms management. She’s a farm girl who attended University in Calgary but got her most useful education working behind a bar. She’s learned not to take herself seriously. She loves scuba diving, football and single malt scotch. She thinks social media has turned narcissism into a spectator sport. She dislikes writing bios. As Director of Forms Strategy & Management for Alberta Health Services, Kelly leads a team of very talented individuals in support of 125,000 staff, physicians and volunteers and 80,000 forms (and counting).
Shantelle Boatright, is a Forms Business Analyst with Alberta Health Services in Red Deer Alberta. She has been actively involved in BFMA since 2007, and has served on the board for 6 years. Prior to coming to the dark side of forms management, Shantelle spent 8 years in project management, and 12 years as a paralegal.
