Safety Talk by Tanya: Incident Investigation (Finding Causes)

This session will answer questions on responsibilities of performing an investigation, When they need to be done, what must be included in an investigation, how to find causes, interview witnesses and write a formal report. If you are a supervisor, safety representative or sit on the joint health and safety committee this session is for you. This session can also be used towards the 8-hour entitlement training outline in the WCB Act Part 2, Div 5.
