Expanding Services – Adding Value with Accessible Documents to Your Clients

Looking to add more value and services to preserve your client stickiness?  Accessible documents may be the way to go from a consultative approach.  As of June 2019, the Canadian Federal

Government enacted the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and recently the Province of BC has proposed its Framework for Accessibility Legislation which was followed up in February 2020 with the Summary Report Accessibility Legislation Consultation.  Accessible document and website requirements are in law Federally and soon to be provincially.

With Covid-19, accessible documents are even more paramount for digital and physical delivery.  Reduced face-to-face and interactions have lead those that are blind, partially sighted or those having cognitive disabilities to stay in place and shelter while still need to consume web, PDF and alternate format content.  There has been a marked increase in demand for accessible digital and physical content.

In this upcoming webinar, we’ll discuss how to provide these value add services, the legal and the positioning to increase your client relationships while also giving your clients a ways and means to build out their market share by marketing to individuals that traditionally have been left behind.  We’ll look at ways to provide this service and integrate it into your print services provider sales solutions.
